No unfortunately. I don't do the sort of work that would require me to use those tools. I have very few "fixed" links in my pages, as almost everything is composed "on the fly".

It doesn't matter whether they are fixed or relative. What klr is talking about is "dynamic" creation of links. That means they are created by the server on the fly. Your fixed and relative links will be hardcoded in the html code.

I'm not too worried about this, although I'd prefer links to be relative wherever possible - it makes maintenance much easier. Anyway, any good link checker should be able to handle both types of links - IMHO ...

Simple Tidy hasn't been updated since 2009 so I'm going to use the W3 checkers on pages I've got reports on. I just fixed one yesterday that had a comment that was killing the rest of the page. :nono:
