On top of that, two things really bother me.

1: The way the staff were treated.
2: It appears to be deliberate timing that Dawkins is off in MunichAustralia.

They couldn't have handled the whole thing in a worse way if they had tried.

Well, it looks like it's crashing and burning for tonight, I certainly can't get in right now. It will be interesting to see what happens overnight as the rest of the time zones play catch up. See you all soon, for better or worse.

Hmm. I think the attendees going to the Atheist Convention need to get armed for an attack. Josh will be there. :mob:

Nothing much. Just a community we have invested countless hours in, which has just been brutally slaughtered by some fucking incompetent sociopath.
Yep.

So many memories are going to be lost. I can't even save my favorite threads now because the forum is currently down.

Needless to say, I'm not thrilled.

But I am glad Ratz is here. :td:

Having been through a forum meltdown at a completely unrelated site, I'm curious to know how long the RDF staff were being treated like crap? My experience was that staff were treated worse and worse until it finally all blew up.

Now I just need to figure my way around this forum (You all got an art section! My hero's! But can I have a personal art thread?). Being a newbie is never fun for me.

See, I wanted to print my collected threads on rd.net as a book and build on a cultish religion of brainless followers on these works. How could I accomplish that now??? :lay:

If it is your own art, start a thread in here http://rationalia.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=33, otherwise, start one in the arts thread general - we have no plans to require approval for new threads... yet!
