Who is the Best RatSkep troll?
What I've found with a few discussions I've had lately is this self-satisfaction that people express with their proffessed open mindedness. In realty it ammounts to wilful ignorance and intellectual cowardice as they are choosing to not form any sort of opinion on a particular topic. Basically "I don't know and I'm not going to look at any evidence because I'm quite happy on this fence."

What does "best" mean in this context?
If it means ability to troll while remaining unsanctioned, and even unrecognised as a troll, then there is really only one candidate, to whom I refuse to respond or even acknowledge.
This person is a specific troll, insofar as he only trolls specific people, rather than the general populace, which is why the blatant trolling has gone almost completely unpunished.
Reference from years ago, even as long ago as RDF, are made - of course, they go over everyone else's heads, so I am accused of paranoia, even when I prove beyond any doubt what they are referring to.
I've yet to encounter a more remorselessly vile "person" anywhere on the Internet or, indeed, life more generally.
As I say, I just ignore it now, the best thing to do with trolls.
