There have been a spate of reactions here in the UK, mostly to the likes of twitter, but also chat sites, where 'bullying' and bating have resulted in legal action of one sort or another. The internet isn't the wild west place it was in the past and one should be a bit more cautious I suspect than in the past too.

This is a good point. Still in most, if not all, of those cases the bullying and baiting targeted the "victim" directly. If we went on to PZombies site and started accusing him of sacrificing women to elder gods then that might be an issue. No one is doing that. Nor is anyone making any direct accusations against him. The OP title though, that's questionable. Change the full stop to a question mark or add allegedly and we're golden.
