Well, you've raised a knobby issue, there. Yes, the visual aspect can be an important factor in overall performance. I would solve this problem by starting with the blind testing scenario. That is, go through a series of fellatio events wherein the subject (say...me, for instance) is blindfolded. This test can be used to rate the blowjob without reference to preconceived biases and physical appearance, etc. Then the subject would rate the fellatio thus blindly given. Before the results are known and the winner revealed, we then undertake the second phase of the test, which would include the visual portion. It would be interesting to know if the visual aspect changes the result from the purely technical blind testing.

We'll have to at least double the fellatio sampling number "N" in order to complete these two phases.
