Jerome RDF NEEDS US THEISTS. WE THEISTS NEED TO STAND TOGETHER ASSERT OUR STRANGE BELIEF IN GOD WHILST MAKING THE MOST INCISIVE CONTRIBUTIONS POSSIBLE TO RDF/RATIONALIA. SO STICK IT OUT. YOU ARE MY MODEL HERE AND A LOSS OF AN ESTABLISHED THEIST IS A LOSS TO THE WHOLE COMMUNITY.

I've constructed a Family Tree of IIDB-Related Messageboards diagram. Some of the boards are 2 or even 3 generations removed from IIDB.

By comparison, the family tree of RDF and its spinoff forums is something like

Code: Select all

Richard Dawkins Foundation (RDF)
| |
| Thinking Aloud Forum (TAF)
| |
rationalia.com (Ratz)
Some more odd drama. ChristianForums.com is very big, but some of its admins have been rather autocratic, and some CF members have fled to other places. There was a sizable group that had fled to IIDB, and they stayed in their own threads in a forum in IIDB. Some of the IIDB BoD did not approve of their presence, and they eventually booted out the CFers. They settled down in a second-generation IIDB spinoff called Talk Rational. Along the way, some of the CFers created their own boards, like UberChristians and The Son's Cafe, though they have attracted only some of the IIDB CF refugees.

Of these, Jerome23 may like FRDB or Freethought Forum or UberChristians or The Son's Cafe.

About me: I am only human. Keep in mind, I am Russian. And is no part of speech in Russian equivalent to definite article in English. Bad enough is no present tense of verb "to be".

I never got the hang of Wednesdays. But then, that should be obvious, because it's Thursday.

That's the nature of History.
I'll get you, my pretty, and your little God, too!
