It's a piece of piss to be cowiz, but it's not cowiz to be a piece of piss. Or something like that.

I have a warning deflector and I'll pass it on to someone else. :tea:
Who, I wonder? :ask:

Yeah, tangential all the way to the bank -- or at least it would be if my initial post still stood.

The relevance to this thread is quite simply that I don't believe Timonen's antics were worse than that which was habitual for the oh-so-traumatized moderating staff.
You are a sociable little creature aren't you. 10 posts and you have managed to piss off pretty much the entire staff. It's the "Don't feed" list for you methinks.
Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

I've been skimming this thread, and I believe that it boils down to the following. Please let me know if my summary is inaccurate in any significant way:

"Josh is okay"

"No, Josh is a jerk, or at least his actions were jerky."

"Josh and Dawkins were both jerky"

"Josh was jerky, but Dawkins is okay."

"No, they're both jerky"

[Removed post]

"Hey, my post was removed!"

"It broke the rules"

"But it was censored!"

"It was just moved."

"You guys are jerky and this other person who I knew at the forum is jerky and it's getting all fascist up in this shit."

"Dude, chill."

"Chill? Censorship!"

"Again? Chill."

"I will not chill! It's like high school, but with more censorship!"

"Please chill? Here's the forum rules."

"I WILL NOT CHILL."

[Bad puns]

Is that it so far?

Kevin Ronayne had not been a member of the RDF staff for SEVERAL months before this. Over a year, I think. It really is historical legacy now. It's tangential to this. You appear to be here for nothing more than to air your dirty laundry - your old dirty laundry - which is indeed tangential to this particular thread and subforum.
Then they for sudden joy did weep,
And I for sorrow sung,
That such a king should play bo-peep,
And go the fools among.
Prithee, nuncle, keep a schoolmaster that can teach
thy fool to lie: I would fain learn to lie.

No. I would boldly state that there are no bad puns. All puns are, by default, good. Because they're puns.
