I can say conclusively that I am not descended from John O'Gaunt.

Maybe.

Here it is, my Ford F150 Heritage. In 2004, there were two models. One was designated the Heritage. That just meant they could continue selling last year's model for one more year. Which was fine with me. I liked last year's model. And last year's model sounds like an Elvis Costello song, so there's that.

People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.

But those letters are not silent.

They're just waiting their turn.

It really does!

My mother’s side is originally German and one great great grandfather on that side was a body guard to Kaiser Wilhelm I; his family came from Silesia, now part of Poland. My father’s father’s side came from Wiltshire, near Stone Henge. My father’s mother’s side is not so well known – a mix of English and Welsh, I think.

On a straight male ancestry my first known ancestor was an "engineer" working on planning and building the Suomenlinna fort outside Helsinki in the 18:th century. Everyone since him (me included) has been some kind of engineer .

I have 1/4 blue blood, and through that I am distantly connected to all the inbread royal families in Europe.

On my mothers side my roots go further north, to farmers and probably even some same blood.

Since disposed of. There was a big kerfuffle when they were found. I just hid in my apartment and pretended I didn't know anything :?
