So I'm going through my weekly schedule of webcomics and strips... and I see that old gag... flying saucer lands, ET gets out, and has a sign
[name of planet] needs [whatever, usually females].
While I guess that it originally was "planet x needs women", I just have no idea what that meme might be called, or just where to start the search, so do you have an idea where that's coming from?
What's that meme?

wow, self evident McObvious it was... at least it is now that I know of that gem of a Z film's existence.
knowyourmeme was completely mute on the subject, or their search engine recognizes only full and exact names, not partial character chains.
