WC2018? Darling, the German team did. In 2018 it went down the water closet in the quickest possible time. OK, so did 15 other teams, but since there was no playoff race for the absolute bottom I simply assert it would have won.
Reason? The German team turned up with nine players. To make up the full complement of eleven two more were chosen who then insisted on playing for Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
