Under the surface, sport is doing a lot to try and redress some imbalances.

Spurs, for instance, have active charities supporting youth development in South Africa as well as supporting local youth in North London.
On the terraces, there is no tolerance of racial chanting (so I read). The supporter base is multi-cultural and multi-faith. As are the players.

It's just Chelski that are scum :)
