It certainly involves alot of balls does MMA, to step inside the cage and get 10 balls of shit knocked out of you by some big fat kid... and thats just training.
Well yes I've been training in Muay Thai for 4 years and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 3.
I hold Brown belt in BJJ and only took it up to help with my ground game when I started to go to an MMA gym.
I hold a fight record of 7-1-0 with the 1 loss being my first fight against a god dam kick-boxer who was around 6ft 3 and skinny as hell. In comparison im 5ft 11 and he weighed less then me (145lb).
Well this post is for anyone interested in finding out more about MMA, Muay Thai or BJJ or anyone who currently fights for a gym.
