That's because the Trump, the Republican party, the Alt-right, white nationalnationalism, Nazis, and the KKK can't be seperated out. Trump and the Republicans have made it clear they have no problem with the latter by refusing to condemn, disassociate with them, and even kick certain members who are, y'know, actual Nazis and KKK from their party.

It is clear that some people can't separate those groups. That's why when someone uses 'alt-right' in a vague way, I find it easy to dismiss them. Obviously watching a cartoon version of the world, unable to see any depth beyond their black&white version.

You mean Trump actually rejecting, disavowing and denouncing said persons over and over again, and the Republican party actually kicking Steve King off of all of his committee assignments? That kind of refusal?

And, there aren't any "actual Nazis and KKK" in the party. But, any such person would be kicked out of the party. However, to kick someone who has already been elected out of Congress, it requires a vote of 2/3 of the House if it's a House member. I would think if an "actual Nazi" was found to be sitting in the House of Representatives, someone might well suggest that the House vote to expel.
