The map is of the contiguous part of the USA. Leaving Alaska and Hawaii out the remainder is 8,080,464.3 km². According to Geoscience Australia our continent covers 7,692,024 km². So the overlay looks properly scaled.

Not that any of this matters from an economic or demographic point of view.

GDP (millions of US$)
USA 18,036,648
EU 16,832,631
Australia 1,230,859

Population (millions):
EU 510.1
USA 325.4
Australia 24.5

The ending of the movie Inception.

The spinning top is a red herring. At the beginning of the movie, it's noted that the spinning top is his wife's totem, not his. His totem is his wedding ring, which he wears when he's dreaming. In the ending scene, he's not wearing the ring.

I didn't notice that. I'll watch for it next time I watch the movie.

"Everything is racist, everything is sexist, everything is homophobic." - Anita Sarkeesian.

Everything includes feminism.

Therefore, feminism is racist, sexist and homophobic.

QED.

You may not personally believe in tis sentiment but I think I do.

“That's the nature of being a parent, Sabine has discovered. You'll love your children far more than you ever loved your parents, and -- in the recognition that your own children cannot fathom the depth of your love -- you come to understand the tragic, unrequited love of your own parents.”
