In each situation there may be 2 choices. The stupid and the smart. Somehow the stupid are much more creative than it would seem in the...er..stupidity expression.

Never was, unless you define "funny" as "sad". It Worse, 13 years after Penn & Teller revived the 33 year old "joke" an alarming number of people still fall for for it and sign the petition to ban water.
