All the tree loppers here are Samoan (or other assorted islanders). The don't need chainsaws. They just pull the trees out with brute strength.

CNN protects Clinton at every turn - http://www.breitbart.com/video/2016/08/ ... e-hillary/

Huffington Post sanitizes site of articles pertaining to Hillary's health -- http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2016/08 ... ys-health/ They had no problem focusing on McCain's health in 2008.

Wow, for the Hillary fanboys out there, you can rest easy -- 77% chance of a Hillary Presidency, according to Nate Silver's outfit 538.com. http://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/201 ... id=rrpromo

And, the Princeton Election Consortium has Clinton winning in an electoral landslide -- http://election.princeton.edu/

It's not looking good to avoid another Clinton Presidency. I wonder if Rush Limbaugh will do his daily countdown to the end of the Clinton presidency again, like he did back in the 90s when he did his "America Held Hostage" thing...

Poor Christopher Hitchens -- right now we need his rhetorical abilities and intellectual prowess to shine the light of truth on Hillary Clinton..... Noone Left to Lie To. http://www.salon.com/1999/06/07/hitchens/

Can we just go without a President for a while?

"Those people who really want to be politicians... I mean those fuckers who really have a burning desire to be in charge of things... those bastards who wake up every morning and say to themselves, 'You know what? The world would be a better place if everyone just fucking shut the fuck up and did what they were fucking told' ... yeah, those arseholes... you know who I mean right? ... yeah, you know... you know... well those fucking cunts are exactly the people who should never be in charge of any-fucking-thing."

Governments should only employ women. Take the testosterone out of power.

Well, the women reaching power would be women in the same sense a hillary clinton or East German swimmers...

Well put! Eastern Europe's parliaments are full of poets and playwrights and actors and philosophers, a real Plato republic, less so than in the 90s though when they were the major players in politics. Not sure which comes first, is it that politics corrupt or is it that corrupted characters go into it.

Yep. Does power corrupt or does corruption take over power? The old chicken and egg problem.

Bit of both would be my guess

Yeah, it's not that politicians are bad people; it's just that their personalities aren't very nice.

Think how much money they'd save! Slash the budget by at least 20% on government salaries alone! And, the advantage would be that the government would do very little, because of maternity leave, period leave, headache leave, and every second Tuesday being some sort of Mother's Day.... win win! :what?: :leave:

The advantage of a Trump win would be that the Republican Party would be virtually destroyed and the establishment of the last 25 years would be out of power. That's why they hate him so much. Do you think the establishment politicians really are up in arms about his "rhetoric?" Of course not. They are up in arms that they will be losing control, influence and largess....
