Discounting people missing hands, women can all make sandwiches though. That's what I like about women. If a man wants to make me a sandwich, that's fine to, but I don't make sandwiches for him. I'm old school that way.

It's about balance. Too many men and you get too much aggression and bravado (false or otherwise). This is what is wrong with our political systems and societies, in my view. Aggressive pursuit of money and ego is running the world into the ground. Different views are needed. Lack of diversity is never a good thing.
