I do. The only think I struggle with is that if I take my opinion on the matter to it's logical conclusion I can't see how "aborting" a newborn would be any different (though I don't go as far as holding that opinion). In that case the boundary at birth is essentially an arbitrary distinction.

That's fair enough. We'll have to differ on that though.
But as there is no such thing as god, there is no such thing as right and wrong. It's only the opinions of humans, and particularly, humans who are in political power, that count.
I think there would be some genuine unrest if aborting newborns was allowed, but I agree there's not that much difference in reality.
