Same. People who lust for an ever lasting existence must have not given the idea of never dying much thought. I could probably do a few centuries but I'd want to call it a day at some point.
It's probably that line of thought for which is why I'm so uninterested in the idea of a heaven where you live on for all eternity.

Also if you can't die, existence becomes a prison.
A day without sunshine is like, you know, night.

What can't be tested, can't be used.

Life without the potential for failure, especially ultimate failure, is empty. (Fortunately, that's not really an option for us either in the abstract or concrete of our biological nature.)
