Buy guns, elderly people, buy lots of guns. And when they come to take you away, start blazing away...

In the video, the dude on the right doesn't look like a zombie, he looks like someone poured stew/spaghetti on his face.

I think us 60 year olds (and older) should have the right to cull young people who come up with dumbass stupid ideas.
I thought we were already doing that by putting them through survival tests like Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq?
Not getting rid of enough? Let's fire up the Iran War! Oh, wait, let's see how the Libya thing develops...

There are growing numbers of old folk being supported by a diminishing pool of younger folk. That which is not sustainable will not be sustained.

If there are unborn babies, then of course, there are also undead corpses. Let's do the moral thing for these poor suffering beings.

That's what I don't get. It's OK to abort a fetus on the grounds it cannot look after itself, cannot survive alone and yet dementia which makes you into a empty brain dead husk, a biological photograph of what once was, is considered sacrosanct. :coffee:

In the U.S. the next of kin can ask for life support to be disconnected.

They are emotionaly compromised. The technical decision should be left to a objective personage like the hospital doctor who knows when brain degeneration is irreversible, terminal and total.

So, we're back to a Soylent Green scenario. No thanks. I don't trust "objective personages" with such "technical decisions".

The people making abortion decisions are also emotionally involved. I'm just pointing out that there's no inconsistency between the way we presently treat fetuses and the way we presently treat elderly similarly dependent on life support.
