Tortilla with rogan josh dip.
Did you make your own Tortillas?
No. But I did make my own rogan josh.
So someone did help you today. They helped you make breakfast. ;)

No one ever does anything nice for me.
Maybe not, but people give you assistance all the time anyway, don't they?
I don't need assistance. I ain't no nanny-state socialist!

Playing an online game I got killed and a nice guy resurrected me. Saved me a bit of time.
Well I do hope you thanked him/her for their assistance. You probably did, coz your a nice chap.

What was the game?
Of course I did, and it was World of Warcraft. It's one of the few games that doesn't hurt my eyes.

Of course you do dear - but I think you get my point. When you stagger down to the bottle shop for your medicine do you thank the guys on the checkout? Well, I bet you do coz you're really grateful when you gets your medicine aren't you? That ain't socialism, that's just manners.

That sounds like fun - though I've never played it myself. It sounds like you appreciate the time and effort that went into that particular game too. Have you thanked the game developers, or perhaps giving them money is the only thanks they need?

I was thinking that about the only people I thank are shop assistants and bus drivers, but there's so much that needs to be put in place by others for me to even be able to do that - most of which is totally taken for granted.

It seems to be the only thanks available to me, but there are plenty of helpful people who play the game, and I can thank them directly.

It's also attributed to Josef Stalin, but I have not found a reliable citation, so I stick with my cat. After all, it's the sort of thing a cat would say.

Make sure you give you guts a little hug every now and then to thank them for all the help they're giving you. :D
