It would take me a fortnight to mow my lawn with that.
Momentum counts for a lot. After that initial push it's just keeping it going at a steady pace.

Cylinder mowers are actually a spin-of from the textile industry. :prof:

Great exercise :)

coito, watering is an issue here ... although many people have a supply of rainwater and/or have done away with lawn in favour of drought resistant/native gardens.

Leaf blowers .. I hate the wasteful, noisy things.

A mate of mine had a Stihl one that sucked up leaves and chopped them finely into a collection bag for composting. Actually pretty useful. :eddy:

And you could be an assassin with one. Nobody ever checks the dude with the leaf blower.

LOL

My neighbor thinks I'm crazy -- but, I am done with my yard just as quickly as he is with his, and I never have to deal with oil, plugs and gasoline, and I'm never struggle with the pull starter trying to get the damn thing to work.
I should really move in that direction (the hand mower) - we replaced our front lawn with shrubs, so there's really not much lawn left...

The petrol mower is currently in at the repair shop because it won't start... :lay:

I use an electric line trimmer, though...
Nurse, where the fuck's my cardigan?
And my gin!
