Apparently all women ejaculate. What differentiates the women who actually expel an ejaculate out from their vagina versus the ones who don't is how the kegel muscles are behaving during and right after an orgasm. Most women tend to clench and release their kegel muscles when they have an orgasm, and what happens is they ejaculate into the vagina, then the clenching action sucks it back up into the bladder. Women that spurt an ejaculation out of the vagina have kegel muscles that are fully relaxed during and after orgasm, and so just comes right out.
Studies have shown that women's ejaculate does not contain any urine (as there were theories that women who ejaculated were actually having a lapse of control of the bladder), and it does contain similar properties as a man's semen. Studies have also found this ejaculate in the urine of women right after they have had an orgasm proving that indeed it is sucked back into the bladder.
Apparently a woman can actually learn how to ejaculate, by focusing on what her kegel muscles are doing during orgasm. I personally don't care to practice the control and presence of mind required to do this during an orgasm just so I can ejaculate, but others may find it to be fun or interesting to do.

I doubt I could be trying to squirt ejaculate during orgasm either. I just go with the flow, so to speak, and if ejaculation happens it happens. If not, I still enjoy the orgasm!

That would tie in with what I have heard about women restraining themselves from ejaculating, believing it to be a loss of bladder control (I mentioned it earlier.)

It would also equate to retrograde ejaculation in men. A condition in which all, or part, of the man's ejaculate is directed into the bladder instead of outward during orgasm. In the male's case, this is often associated with prostrate enlargement, or other medical conditions but the parallels with female ejaculation are not surprising. Essentially, both sexes have the same equipment with different plumbing (or perhaps different equipment with the same plumbing!) Either way, it makes sense that there are similarities - the more genes in common between the sexes, the simpler.
