This is an interesting speech by Rowan Atkinson on the subject of free expression. That matter of concern is the UK's Section 5 of the Public Order Act 1986, in which anything deemed "insulting" can lead to the prosecution of an individual.

Worth watching, if you feel it to be ridiculous to be arrested for calling a police horse "gay", or for someone to be suspended for calling a bigot a bigot. ;)
