They'll have a game mode similar to the current 'Zombie Mode' named 'Jew Mode'. Though instead of having to fight off hoards of invading zombies you'll have to shoot down swarms of escaping Jews.

Assuming you mean in a single player campaign (since all WW2 shooters were allies vs nazis in multiplayer since ever. Well except the lame MoH series that was set in the Pacific but was a total failure because no one gives a shit about the Pacific) there's Theatre of War.

Theatre of War sounds too impersonal for what I'm after. I want to play Hanz Schmidt, an officer of the Gestapo, who must infiltrate French villages and towns in search of La Résistance and hidden Jews using stealth.

Or Ludwig Gruber, a Luftwaffe pilot on a mission to bomb the Brits and fight go toe-to-toe with the Royal Air Force in a dogfight.

In Modern Warfighter or Call of Honour of whatever you should have the opportunity to play insurgents yes. Sticking an IED down to blow up a bunch of cocksure western teenagers would be fucking hilarious. It won't happen either.

I doubt there's a big market for that kind of thing. But if you want to shoot down Tommies in WW2, most combat flightsims offer axis campaigns. I recommend IL-2 1946 - it contains all the IL-2 Sturmovik expansions and covers most theatres. You can be a Jap in a Zero or a Nazi in a 109 if you like. Though the simulator really shines in online play in full realism.
