Batman: Arkham Asylum
and
Assassin's Creed 2
Finished both. Don't have the time to write about them properly, suffice to say that both are definitely worth looking in to.
While Assassin's Creed has made some substantial improvements over its predecessor, the most important being no more crazies or drunks (meaning instant Guard alert) and an increased climbing speed on two fronts.
But Arkham Asylum is literally a perfect game. I can not recall not a single flaw or fault at any point. Nothing was 'too difficult', nothing was 'too simple', nothing was 'too ridiculous'.

Red Dead Redemption and Force Unleashed 2.

Minecraft. It's bacon and cheese deep fried in a flaky crust of crack cocaine. (Yes, the graphics are blocky and early-90s-ish, but it doesn't matter.)

Re: What are you playing now?
Just spent £220 on gaming stuff. :/
Lately I've only been playing for a few minutes at a time, so I've been playing games like FIFA 11. I've not had time lately to sit and enjoy a game with a good story. Last big games like that were Red Dead Redemption, Mass Effect 2 and Heavy Rain. My xbox 360 died a while ago and I still haven't replaced it, so it's all PS3/OSX/iOS right now.

Still playing Assassins Creed 2, done the storyline for the third time. I still need to find all the feathers.
I've pre-ordered Assassins Creed Brotherhood.

£220? That's a doddle! At christmas I get to upgrade my PC finally.. New mobo (Asus of course), i7 cpu, 4 or 8 gb of DDR3, a second GTX 460 1gb so I can setup sli with the one I have already, new sound card with faceplate (haven't decided which model yet). About $700-1000 in toto.

When I left WoW I used a "scorched earth" policy to guarantee I'd never come back - I sold all my characters' stuff and gave the money away to members of the guild I was in at the time. I didn't delete the characters, though, because the temptation to roll a new character might come up, but the temptation to go nude questing to try to get minimal equipment for my old ones wouldn't interest me in the slightest.

I don't buy Asus products anymore; all five or so of their boards I've bought over the years have either died prematurely or not fully worked out of the box. Last motherboard I got from them decided not to retain BIOS settings after the first week of use - I ended up sending it back for repair, they sent it back to me marked fixed, but it wasn't. Sent it back again, got it back unfixed again. Sliced it up with a sawz-all, sent it back again with a note asking for a refund, which for some reason they didn't honor.

Currently running a Gigabyte board.
