Considered it, but I've been getting mixed reviews. Some say it's great, other say say it's great until you've finished it at which point it goes back on the shelf.

Did you take the money or the revenge mission?

I started replaying the story mission of "The Saboteur" in a higher difficulty setting. I finished all the freeplay targets twice now.

Revenge.

Damn, I did to, I was hoping to see what the other mission would have brought.

It's essentially the same thing, with a few character switches.

Lots of shooting this week.

Quake Live for manic shooty action.

And Frozen Synapse for simultaneous-turn shooty strategy.

Divinity II: Ego Draconis

Is pretty epic and at the same time FUCKKIN GAY!

You'll be slaughtering hordes of goblins and skeletons when a giant glowing orb will pop up out of nowhere and kill you.

I'm playing Bioshock 2. Is this one harder than the first, or do I just need to get used to the controls and shit? Because I'm getting fucking creamed :(
People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.

But those letters are not silent.

They're just waiting their turn.

Definitely harder. The only time I died in the original was an accidental suicide on my fifth playthrough.

I've probably died 5 times already in 2. You really need the armored shell and the eve link upgrades. Anything to reduce damage and make getting health easier is a must.

Yup, I've got those upgrades, but I'm still dying left and right. The thing is, I'm a Big Daddy fercryinoutloud! You'd think I'd be a little stronger, able to take some punishment. I'm in this one area now though where the enemies have tommy guns, and they're murderizing me. And, worse, I can't see where they're coming from! Half the time I'm being shot at and I don't even know from where! I'm like, "WHO THE FUCK IS SHOOTING AT ME?!!!" Also, I have a problem with the other Big Daddies. I'm protecting my Little Sister while she's siphoning the Adam out of those special glowing corpses, y'know? And, never fucking fails, another Big Daddy comes along and pokes his nose into my business. He gets into my line of fire, thinks I'm attacking him, and then kicks the living shit out of me. And, unfortunately, my Little Sister's progress isn't saved if I die. We have to start all over again.

Oh, nothin fer nuthin, but I killed a Little Sister instead of saving her. Never done that before. I regretted it. Seriously, her reaction shook me up. I won't do that again.

I finished Bioshock 2. Frustrated, though, because I'm kind of a completionist and I couldn't get into a room near the end on my way to the Pediatrics ward. I did see a code written on the wall of a cell in the cell block area that I'd just been in, but that didn't work here. Which leads me to believe there are two doors I didn't get through, though it seems I missed one of them entirely.
Whatever were in those rooms prolly wouldn't have done me much good that late in the game anyway. I was getting a shitload of Adam at this point for instance, but what was the point? Fat lot of good it did me five minutes before the ending :ddpan:
