-This was a rather disappointing read. To begin, there wasn't really anything in this that I haven't already read elsewhere in other textbooks and popular science books. He spent WAY too much time discussing the psychoanalytic approach, ignored evolutionary explanations, and somewhat downplayed the role of genes. He barely even mentions antisocial personality disorder and how it differs from psycopathy instead he ended up lumping them all into one group! He also made several unnecessary attempts to distance himself from those with "Dawkinsonian anti-religious agendas". He's also under the extreme view that anybody can be rehabilitated.
