You're a champ, Anna. If only I had your reading determination. Maybe if I cut down on other activities...
1. Hitch-22 - Christopher Hitchens

2. Misquoting Jesus - Bart Ehrman: Interesting read, though I disagree with his conclusion stating the importance bible and its potency in today's world.
3. Catch 22 - Joseph Heller
4. Brave New World - Aldous Huxley
5. Yanomamo - Napoleon Chagnon
6. Political Ideologies - Andrew Heywood
7. Voyages: From Tongan Villages to American Suburbs - Cathy Smalls
I can live with doubt, and uncertainty, and not knowing. I think it's much more interesting to live not knowing than to have answers which might be wrong. [...] I don’t feel frightened by not knowing things, by being lost in a mysterious universe without having any purpose, which is the way it really is, as far as I can tell, possibly. It doesn’t frighten me. - Richard Feynman

It's the most I've ever read! I think I only made it to 22 last year.

Glad to see someone else posting here.

Lately it's been. . . :tumble:

8. Lincoln's Darkest Year: The War in 1862 - William Marvel
This book was interesting, especially in regards to the distruption of any sort of liberty for wartime dissenters. The book tends to have a tone that seems to be sympathetic to the south interestingly enough and occasionally the author throws out names without any context when referring to certain military officers. Interesting still.

Not at all.
Anything you've read this year will count including re-reads. Books must be at least 50 pages though. Good luck!

1. Hitch-22 - Christopher Hitchens
2. Misquoting Jesus - Bart Ehrman: Interesting read, though I disagree with his conclusion stating the importance bible and its potency in today's world.
3. Catch 22 - Joseph Heller
4. Brave New World - Aldous Huxley
5. Yanomamo - Napoleon Chagnon
6. Political Ideologies - Andrew Heywood
7. Voyages: From Tongan Villages to American Suburbs - Cathy Smalls
8. Lincoln's Darkest Year: The War in 1862 - William Marvel
This book was interesting, especially in regards to the disruption of any sort of liberty for wartime dissenters. The book tends to have a tone that seems to be sympathetic to the south interestingly enough and occasionally the author throws out names without any context when referring to certain military officers. Interesting still.[/quote]

9. Homeland - R.A. Salvatore
10. Exile - R.A. Salvatore
