I just downloaded "Your Inner Fish" to my Kindle. Will comment when I've read it...

Buddy recommended this series by Ragnar Jonasson.
We spent 3 weeks in Iceland in winter including some of the towns featured in these crime novels which are character linked. Might be good timing considering the current weatherin the northern hemisphere..
Apparently there is a TV series as well.

• 1Snowblind (2015)
• Nightblind (2015)
• Blackout (2016)
• Rupture (2016)
• Whiteout (2017)
• Winterkill (2020)

an insight into aboriginal life/history...intriguing.. it's a novel with a storyline - the history is incidental.

A few of his books go a bit too far into the creepy and grotesque as far as the crime.
I guess there is also a genre where you dig up an old crime and a new crime happens, that is there too.

Is that a read or a listen? So far I've listened to precisely one audiobook: Mortality by C Hitchens, narrated by Simon Prebble (who did a good job of honouring Hitch's distinctive oration style without it sounding like an impression).

Re: What are you reading now? (Chapter 2)
I can remember listening to a radio reading of Lord of the Rings, 40 or 50 years ago. No idea of who did it, but from memory it was pretty good...
Nurse, where the fuck's my cardigan?
