What's on TV tonight?
Remember when that was high entertainment? We would actually buy tv guide magazine.
It was not the same anymore after you could tape or rent.
But even since 75, there was only Saturday Night Live for me. And that was about it. It came on late enough that you could do something all day till 10PM or so.
Mash once a week.
80s I watched a couple of sit coms a week. Maybe news and weather.

We only watch Netflix and DVDs now. No broadcast TV.

We have no antenna, so basic cable brings a few sports events. We have the cheapest package. Mainly as the house phone and internet come bundled.
Netflix will be the way to go, but we just dont watch enough of that even. We do buy some DVDs. If it costs less than theater.

But I was more going for nostalgia.
I watched Untouchables...secretly. Adam 12, Dragnet, a few Westerns like Virginian.
I don't get how I could watch Maxwell Smart. Other than the crush on Barbara Feldon.

Nostalgia?
Star Trek, Soap, Mary Hartman Mary Hartman, Bob Newhart, PBS Nova, McNeil Lehrer Newshour, Columbo, McCloud, MacMillian and Wife (I was a crime show junkie even then).
I also enjoyed listening to opera on MPR. TV without pictures.

Nice pics Rasetsu.
I used to watch Leave it to Beaver, Dick Van Dyke and My Three Sons early 60s. In black and white. When we got to the US the first time, it was much as those showed, visually. But in color!
