So I'm watching this show, (Hawaii 5 0) with this character... and I'm just noticing that the initials are JK and that Kaye is homophonous with your name for letter K.

Basically, I had all the data to know it's a bogus name right in front of my nose, but took and awfully long time to do so.

I'd like to know how long it would take a real native English speaker to notice that and draw conclusions.

Kaye's a real last name. Just like Dee is.

Jay is a real last name, too.

CIA agent with a name like that? Sure she was born with it, and I am baron Alphonse de Bé... (and yes, Bé is a real place, two of them actually)

Actually, I'm not sure whether my great grandfather was (and my mother's first cousin currently is) a viscount, or if that got upgraded to Marquess sometimes between 1650 and 1789.

A few grades higher than a baron, then. Your first cousin once removed, I guess.

Kay/Kaye are normal last names, don't know why it would be a strange name for an agent
