I'm dying to know what happens next. There are talks of Syfy reviving it... I hope so.
The Event
The Event
Anybody see it? A sci-fi series that was on NBC in the US and then Channel 4 here in the UK. I recently downloaded and watched the whole series. The most consistently brilliant TV series I've ever seen and it was bloody cancelled. Americans make me sick.

We don't make that mistake in Blighty. Last Of The Summer Wine ran for 5412 episodes, 5000 of them involving a bath on wheels trundling slowly down a hill.

If they bring back The Event, I don't give a shit about your stupid Eureka.Gawdzilla wrote:Fuck Syfy. They canceled "Eureka".

Now disregard both of those things and Google "The Event".

Re: The Event
Clinton is right. Here, we have it running till the last actor dies!
The last series can be very lonely.

But I need to know what happened to the characters who were all left in such awful predicaments!!
It was a fantastic show.

Re: The Event
The Event? It's a bit vague. Why not call it The Thingy?
