Firefly

I was like, 10, when it aired so I didn't see it at the time, but I've downloaded it and just watched the first episode and it seems like it's going to be good.

Thoughts?

Not a cookie-cutter series, interesting social dynamics, and good room for creative enhancements.

It's also fun to dance to.

Well worth watching, even if it does end mid-way through the season. Watch it, then watch Serenity.

I watched the first two episodes a couple of weeks back. It was a little cheesy, but good.

Yes - in fact if I recall correctly, after the show was cancelled, it was the huge pressure from fans that was instrumental in eventually getting the film made.
