Have you ever walked out of a film/movie?
Re: Have you ever walked out of a film/movie?
A cheap snob, too, and a theif. I don't pay for my drinks.
Don't go near that elevator - that's just what they want us to do... trap us in a steel box and take us down to the basement.

I've walked out on several movies, but that comes with the territory if you go to sneak previews where it is a surprise which movie it is until the movie starts.
The most horrible movie I walked out on (and I really wanted it to be good) was "Ulee's Gold" with Peter Fonda. I still dont know why it gets a 7.1/10 on IMDB.

I walked out of "Hereafter" (starring Matt Damon).
Re: Have you ever walked out of a film/movie?
I wouldn't even walk into that. Seriously, what part of the trailer made you think the Hereafter would be in anyway good?

A friend of mine walked out of a movie at Gitmo once. Problem was they were showing it on a barge used as a beer pit, and he chose to leave by the exit that was not connected with land.
(BTW, that in the '70s, so there were no "voluntary waterboarding" jokes made at the time.)
