Two words: Sherlock Fucking Holmes!!
People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.

But those letters are not silent.

They're just waiting their turn.

I have a renewed crush on Robert Downey Jr. after seeing this.

I just saw "The Invention of Lying". Every atheist needs to invite a theist friend to see this movie.

All the negative views on Sherlock Holmes focus on the fact that Guy Richie has turned him into a sort of brash action man with a bad attitude not realising that that is how he was in the book and the later movie and TV incarnations of him as a mild-mannered gentle sort are the ones that are inaccurate

These are professional critics, apparently, their total lack of research is appalling.

Yes. :what:

I like them magical chrimbo movies. Nice bit of family escapism. The rest of my family don't like 'em, so I can escape from them.
I think it would be sooo great to turn into Santa, like on The Santa Clause

Just went out to see Fantastic Mr Fox. It gets my highest recommendation. Really, what a wonderful film

Saw Where The Wild Things Are on Saturday, with Mini-Huxley 1. I enjoyed the film entirely. Great soundtrack, too.

Am off to see Sherlock Holmes with Nick tomorrow...

Cheers, Clinton - long time no see!

(you have been reported AWOL to the Brigadier, but I think he was too pissed to notice...)
Nurse, where the fuck's my cardigan?
And my gin!
