First episode was aight. Not great. Oh, that fat idiot in the kingdom beyond the wall or whatever got an entire scene devoted to showcasing how a pathetic comedic foil should never be given his or her own scene.

I hope he won't continue to be a complete tit for it all. His character is the only one I find unbelievable in the show - a nearly morbidly obese simpleton who's supposedly a fighting man in an army that's been on the march for.. how long? He's survived by the favour of the gods I take it. Kept his chunk on as well. Oh, and he's an utter coward to boot. How is this person even alive? Let alone in an elite fighting force..

He's the Jar-Jar Binks of Game of Thrones.
