I just watched a really touching tear jerker, My Sister's Keeper. It got a little long in the end, but all in all I highly recommend it.

The film is a padded out version of the short it was based on. If you've seen the short, then you've already seen the best bits of the film. I haven't seen it yet. That's just what I read.
