That's just it, the movie had to do certain things, it was "the first class". Hank had to turn blue, Xavier had to get his Hoveround, Cerebro had to be built, etc. The only "surprises" would have been in which order these things happened.Animavore wrote:Well I can't see how else it could've been. I can't think of one superhero movie which isn't a "checklist" movie. Fan bois, famously, get rather angry if certain quotas aren't filled.
