Its sounds like a load of tinhat crap however im strangly intrigued
The Pope was today knocked down at the start of Christmas mass by a woman who hopped over the barriers. The woman was said to be, "Mentally unstable."Trolldor wrote:Ahh cardinal Pell. He's like a monkey after a lobotomy and three lines of cocaine.
Which is probably why she went unnoticed among a crowd of Christians.

The original was a classic bait-and-switch. Reasonable for the first half, then on with the woo.redunderthebed wrote:Its sounds like a load of tinhat crap however im strangly intrigued

Great graphics. Turning the sound down and putting some decent music on is recommended after the first half hour.redunderthebed wrote:Its sounds like a load of tinhat crap however im strangly intrigued

I'm still undecided on the whole thing, but it's interesting.
[Disclaimer - if this is comes across like I think I know what I'm talking about, I want to make it clear that I don't. I'm just trying to get my thoughts down]
Re: Zeitgheist : Moving Forward
No the first half wasn't even reasonable. The astronomy was poor, the claims overreached tremendously, it is popular in these parts because people agree with the conclusion. i also agree that "Jesus" is mythical and his exploits are taken from many prior religious traditions, but a crap argument with crap evidence is still crap even if its conclusion is nominally correct.Gawdzilla wrote:The original was a classic bait-and-switch. Reasonable compared to the second half. It's a technique I've seen used for MLM cons frequently. You get people into a receptive mood and then hit them with the pitch. Good ones make a seemless transition, bad ones jump into the pitch without a proper lead-in.Elderito wrote:No the first half wasn't even reasonable.
