Beginning at the start with the EV mcycle around the world. I've caught a few episodes before with Lavi and Ollie accompanying him

It's spooky listening to the narration with no motor noise and he is personable.

Do like the look of his bike

Really good 4k feed too.

Nice to see a guy so besotted with his ride
The thrills stick and with his new battery his range has improved greatly. The bike is terrific ...the charging structure mess not so much ....so many not working  or requiring hoops to jump through. Really needs some common standards.

3 Body Problem on Netflix

Wow - I recall the book blowing my mind ...Netflix doing the same ...excellent cast. 🍿

Thought it was a while ago ...read it in 2014 ....so failing synapse have erased a fair bit.

Partner got the book, enjoyed it then wanted the AudioBooks which we have for the next 2 books in the series.

She was depressed by it ....not sure how to read that

I suspect she will not watch the series but there is lots of material for a GOT level experience.

So partner found the book in a laundromat in NZ and read the first volume and asked me to get the others.

I don't know if I listened to those as post NZ was anno horribilus....so unlikely. One week after out return I flew to Canada, bought big scooter...downhill from there

FWIW

https://www.space.com/mathematicians-un ... -solutions\\Related: The 'Three-Body Problem' has perplexed astronomers since Newton formulated it. A.I. cracked it in under a second.

Okay they plan to adapt all 3 books ...Season One very engaging...I think I'm going to read the first book this week. - see how well it matches up.

This won the HUGO, Nebula and World Fantasy award

I've still got a few episodes to go on my fifth watch of Extraordinary Attorney Woo, but I've gotten hooked on 3 Body Problem. I'm about five episodes into Doctor Slump, but I've hit a slump. I think I'll watch something with Park Eun-Bin in it. She's done several period dramas. I think something tense and serious rather than funny is more likely to grab my attention.

Watched original Roadhouse. Both good
Jake has the build for the role. Swaz the presence. Music better in original. Both okay

Wow...the actress Ruth Wilson plays her own grandmother in events that actually happened.
Top end Brit cast.

Watched Annihilation last night. Realised part way through I'd seen it before, but couldn't remember what happened. But i did have a sneaking suspicion it ended bizarrely. And it did. Utter rubbish. The critics loved it, and the watching public didn't.

The bear is worth the whole movie.
