Hello, new here but not to RDF and alt.atheism
Thought I'd introduce myself. Was a member of RDF for several months and used to contribute to alt.atheism until it choked my newsreader. Getting the feel of this new place and hope to see some old and new faces.

Hello Mark, and welcome to the forum!

Atheists have always argued that this world is all that we have, and that our duty is to one another to make the very most and best of it. ~Christopher Hitchens~

Welcome mark!!

Although it may look like a forum, this site is actually a crowd-sourced science project modelling the slow but inexorable heat death of the universe.

Hello! Welcome!
Re: Hello, new here but not to RDF and alt.atheism
Thanks for that!
I've already made a few posts here and there. My own interests include Underwater Photography, occasional Fundie roasting and at the time wading patiently through Calilasseia's longer posts to RDF. Which I suppose makes me a bit of a Science fan too. Other interests-Computer Fettling (I've no formal training-they seem to like me for some strange reason) and Sci-Fi (of course). Particular favourites of which are The Time Traveller's Wife and oddly enough the TV series Lost In Austen.
Mostly though I love Bishop's Finger Beer and Castella Classic Cigars.
