RD here? Cold day in hell comes to mind, but if he ever wanted to face a public grilling, here it would probably have to be. :mob:

Thanks all, and I suspect we might have a long wait for that cold day? It's probably a tough life all that book writing, and it's just possible he may be relatively oblivious of all what's going on? :ask:
