I say I love you, then I never call and never write. You should cut me out of your lives, but I don't think you will. Why not? Because someday I'll be able to wear that little black dress I wore to prom and you don't want to miss it. :FIO:

You do look like you've lost a little weight. How about a peek now?

Are you sure we didn't overlap a little before I disappeared? Your username looks familiar.

I'm actually quite boring right now. I've been spending all my time in the lab and the stories of my exploits are only entertaining to fellow lab-rats. Today was an especially disappointing day: found out that the pH of my microcosms was off. Had to scrap the whole experiment and will start over tomorrow. This involves washing new sand in organic solvents, boiling it in NaOH, and acid washing it. Then I get to spend two days to extract another 40 mg of acids from 100 g of oil sands ore. Then I get to spend a couple more hours preparing new buffered glucose medium and probably a couple more days validating my dopant solutions and resolving some questions about whether it's okay to autoclave my acid extract or will that result in dehydration or esterification reactions. I will have to write a more tentative abstract for submission to ASMS. I am not a happy Spastic.

I remember seeing you on the forum, but we never really interacted.

And idk, the exploits of a scientist sound pretty exciting.

Welcome to the forum! If you've been here before it's so long ago I don't remember
