Hello there Skepticus :tiphat:

Good that Svarty took up the issue of bacon. Life is not cheese alone. :prof:
Hi MiM

Yeah sombody has to bring home the bacon, so that we can put cheese on the table.

:ask:
Give us this day our daily cheese
and rashers of bacon as well.
Forgive us not caring,
that creatards are sharing,
the insistance we'll all go to hell.

Hi Skepticus, and welcome! A fellow Aussie here. :td:
Sorry I'm late, been out in the sticks for the last two weeks doing science and stuff. I remember you from back in the RDF days, and I think we may have met at one of the GACs, perhaps?
Although it may look like a forum, this site is actually a crowd-sourced science project modelling the slow but inexorable heat death of the universe.

Hi, Faithfree and thanks. :td:

Are you the geologist guy I had a yarn with at the pub near Fed square?

Quite likely - I remember chatting to a few people in that pub, but the details are hazy.

Yep. You must be the guy. Couldn't have been too many geologists there. It was an interesting chat. That much I do remember. You actually informed me about some things I never knew about geology. I say informed rather than taught because being a bit boozy... as you say "the details are hazy". :td:
