Thanks for the invite chickadee. The poster formerly known as AA also invited me some time ago, as did someone else I can't remember, but I've been largely self absorbed in writing the first draft of my long overdue book about our 5 years in Saudi Arabia. Most of my late nights and bleary eyed post midnight mornings have been spent in front of the computer hammering away and trying to dredge up old memories and funny anecdotes from 10 years ago. I've finally finished at last and some kind, helpful people are proof reading it for me at the moment. Then it will be back to the drawing board to spruce up the initial effort before trying to get it published. So apologies for not responding sooner and being more active. I've been relatively low key over at RDF as well for the past few months and only started re-posting there in the last few weeks.

But, I look forward to catching up with some old friends over here. It's 10:30pm in Brisvegas at the moment and I'm off to bed, but I'll be back and will have a better look around soon.

Cheers,

Durro

You're most welcome, Durro ... very much looking forward to reading your book, too. Quite a unique experience from the Durro/Australian perspective.

I'd like to see much more of AA aka Sparticle, but she's one very busy lady ... Australia needs more people like her - fucking brilliant, and I totally support her support for my/your/our secular interests. An incredibly laudable activist.

And I for sorrow sung,

And go the fools among.
