Hi,
I'm 25 from Maryland. Huge sci-fi and fantasy reader. Also into anime and manga, computers and languages. Been a gaytheist all my life. I had to pretend for a good chunk of my life, apparently I was so good at that, that quite a few people said I should become a priest and I won the outstanding student award from our church

People told me I had to become a priest when I was younger "because I look like one". I'm not sure what they meant about that
Edit: What I meant to say was "Welcome."
Welcome.

Let us think the unthinkable, let us do the undoable, let us prepare to grapple with the ineffable itself, and see if we may not eff it after all.

Well, one of the reasons I was told I should become a priest was that because I was so pious/religious. Which always baffled me because I never thought I was being particularly pious or anything.

Dude, also been an atheist my whole life, but was forced to go to church by my parents. One year, I was chosen to play Jesus in a church play at Christmas

People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.
But those letters are not silent.
They're just waiting their turn.

I thought he said he is a gay-theist not an atheist?

Hi Zeon!

Although it may look like a forum, this site is actually a crowd-sourced science project modelling the slow but inexorable heat death of the universe.
