I don't have a problem with people knowing my real name, but when I first had internet access, there were only three people with this name on the planet, so I wasn't exactly invisible. (One of those was in Australia, the other in Brazil, so the one that was me was easy to spot.) Now there are probably about 10, but still I don't particularly want colleagues, customers, future employers or family members being able to track me down easily here or anywhere else I use the TA name. Sure, many people could work it out, since I use my nickname for other things, but there are considerably more references to TA on the internet than there are to my real name, so ...

(And now I'm feeling nervous because this post is visible out there...) :? :hehe:

Ronja Addams-Moring. I figured that as I already changed my name IRL, it would be rather pointless to invent yet another name for forums.

BTW Normal: You're *seriously* from Finnmark? :jawdrop:

That's The Far North even from my vantage point (and Helsinki is the only national capitol north of the 60th latitude, and Finland the only country with more than 95 % of the population residing north of that latitude).
I'm impressed: can I buy you a drink? :gargle: - then again, that might not be strong enough for a Viking...

Further north than the vikings, even. Right in the middle of Sápmi

I never knew just living where I was born could get me free drinks! I won't spit in the drink

Btw, I like your old name as well. I once was at a sort of summer camp in Posio, and I had an imaginary relationship with a girl named Päivi for months afterwards. She was very pretty and mysterious, and I only talked to her once. Still, I imagined the link between us, and bragged to my friends about this cute girl I had met.
