I'm really impressed with what I've seen of this place so far. The series of implosions on other secular sites that occurred after IIDB's 2007 debacle left a bad taste in my mouth. It looks like this site has been around for a while. Is it nearly a year? Looks pretty stable.

I'm still acquainting myself with your rules, but they don't look too chafing at first glance.

I'm also in NorCal. I live in the Bay Area. I remember this commercial they used to run about how great the area is. something about why 5 million people would all choose to live on an earthquake fault. They discontinued that commercial after the '89 quake.

That makes a few of us. Besides me, we have one in Santa Cruz and one in SF.

And one near SF for a few weeks of the year...!

(parental generation resides there at the moment. I'm up north in eternally rainy Hongcouver Vancouver! )
