The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

Okay, and the only thing I said to him was that I used to be pink. Was he really that offended by that comment? :hilarious: :dono:

No, but he got the impression he would wasting his time here as nobody would take his comments seriously and he'd spend his time getting the piss taken out of him and he was probably right so you may have done him a favour by giving him an upfront idea of what to expect. No hard feelings Exi, but given this place is losing more members that it is gaining maybe we should make an effort to not scare off the newbies

EXACTLY!! I wasnt doing anything that hasn't already been done by MANY other members with regard to not taking people's posts seriously. It just happens that Steve55 was sensitive and left.
